Individual Attention
Many children with learning disabilities can feel lost in a huge classroom--causing them to fall even farther behind. The Educational Center is a safe place where children receive individualized attention, allowing them to learn at their own pace in their own way, whether it's visually, auditorially or kinesthetically.
Discovery teachers are trained to help children with academic tutoring in any subject, homework and test preparation. Because of the individualized attention, a facilitator's influence reaches well beyond the Discovery Educational Center. Many schools report improved behavior and attention in regular classrooms correlating to a student's time in the Discovery Center.
